How it works

What a member logs, a practitioner sees.

Ana logs against her plan and her watch and lab panels arrive on their own. Every entry lands in her chart as it happens, with the trends beside it. No export, no second copy.

The question that arrives with any AI workflowWhere does my patient data go, and can I trust what this thing tells me?
Where the data goes
Your members' records live in Pathmarker and stay there. The AI that drafts for your practitioners is given only what a draft needs. It does not learn from your data, and nothing is kept, shared with other clinics, or seen outside Pathmarker.
What the AI draws on
Drafts are grounded in an approved corpus the clinic can see: your protocols and the sources you accept. Each draft shows what it drew on, so the practitioner can check the reasoning, not just the conclusion.
Who decides
Plan adjustments and clinical notes are drafted for a practitioner and approved by one before they reach a member. The AI prepares; the practitioner decides what goes out.

Bring one real between-visit stretch from your practice and we'll walk through where Pathmarker sits in it.
